In this presentation, the ESA is examined through the lens of plant conservation. The ESA prohibitions for plants and animals are compared. The presentation also highlights a series of resources that the USFWS has developed as strategies for plant conservation and ways to further influence reform so more can be done at the local, regional, and national levels.
