The Minnesota Stormwater Seminar Series brings nationally recognized experts in stormwater management and green infrastructure to Minnesota for dialogue and discussion. This seminar includes an invited presentation by Scott Struck, Principal at Geosyntec Consultants, titled, “Optimization Modeling: Can We Plan our Infrastructure More Efficiently? Using Renfrew, Calgary, as a Case Study” and a panel discussion with Brett Emmons (CEO of Emmons and Olivier Resources), Doug Snyder (Executive Director for the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization), Wes Saunders-Pearce (Water Resource Coordinator for the City of Saint Paul, MN) and Scott Struck on the topic of using computer modeling and cost-benefit analysis for better watershed and development planning and management.
