Attention must be devoted to the safety, needs, and expectations of the visiting public, as well as the fulfillment of the organization’s mission. This community establishes a forum where guest services professionals associated with public gardens and arboreta may become acquainted, share best practices, collaborate, and assist each other with guest services-related issues.

The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Community is a place for all Association members to share resources, receive guidance and support, and build professional networks with a shared goal of increasing equitable access, representation, and benefit sharing at our gardens and in our communities.
