There are more than 1,000 different natural species in the Genus Rhododendron. Our garden, the Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden, is a 22-acre ‘living museum’ and home to one of the largest collections of species rhododendrons and azaleas in the world. RSBG displays over 700 species of Rhododendron from the wilds of North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, as well as various companion plants. Of these, our Rhododendron subsection fortunea collection is Nationally Accredited by the Plant Collections Network.
