Richmond, VA – Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden announces the appointment of Mary Heather Parch as Chief Marketing Officer. She officially began her new role on August 12, reporting to President and CEO, Dr. Brian Trader.
“Our team is excited to work with Mary Heather as we build on our Garden’s strong national brand and are poised to grow the Garden as an essential community resource for the Commonwealth of Virginia,” says Trader. “Her background and expertise align perfectly with our Garden’s strategic trajectory as we tell our story and celebrate our mission impact.”
In her new role, Parch will oversee all marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for the Garden. She was most recently the Vice President of Marketing, North America, for global animal health company Covetrus. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications for McKesson Medical-Surgical and Marketing Director at Genworth Financial.
Parch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. She regularly volunteers with organizations around Richmond and is currently a member of the board of directors at The READ Center.
