Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Summer Interns to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, learning essential skills in gardening, lawn care, and the use of various tools. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the outdoors and eager to develop their knowledge in horticulture and landscape management.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in plant documentation and other various aspects of horticultural maintenance.
Assist in documentation and curation aspects of botanical collections, such as garden inventories, data management, living collections documentation, signage developing & installation, and citizen science phenology.
Education and Experience
Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and landscape maintenance practices is preferred.
Familiarity with lawn care methods and groundskeeping principles is a plus.
Experience using power tools and hand tools safely is beneficial.
Strong willingness to learn about plant growth and landscape design.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and performing manual labor tasks.
Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills.
