Stephanie Sellers

Vice President of Guest Experience

Stephanie joined the Garden in 2012 with the Fort Worth Botanical Society, managing operational cash flow for Japanese Garden admissions, memberships, and retail operations. Her dedication helped support the continued success of signature events such as the Japanese Festivals.

Stephanie brings both personal passion and deep institutional knowledge to her work. As the Garden transitioned from the FWBS to the COFW and now BRIT, Stephanie’s role evolved alongside it. Today, she leads one of the Garden’s largest divisions, Guest Experience, overseeing the teams and operations that shape each guest’s time at the Garden.

“Entering my 14th year at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, I’m honored to step into the role of Vice President of Guest Experience and continue serving a place that has been so important to my personal and professional journey. I’m proud to lead a team focused on creating meaningful experiences for our guests, and I’m excited to keep elevating those experiences, especially as we look ahead to our new Family Garden. We’re committed to making every visit welcoming, memorable, and inspiring,” Sellers said.

When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys hiking and antique shopping, but she often still finds herself walking through the Rose Garden or Rock Springs. Never losing sight of the place she loved as a child, she is committed to ensuring every guest leaves the Garden with lasting memories of this treasured Fort Worth landmark.
