Presented by the Horticulture, Greenhouses, & Facilities Community
Join us for Preventing Injury in the Garden — a practical workshop on keeping gardening safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Learn how to identify common gardening injuries and what causes them, explore ways to adapt your tools and garden setup for better ergonomics, and practice foundational movements and stretches to protect your joints and muscles. Whether you’re actively working in the garden or training staff and volunteers who work in the garden, you’ll leave with simple, evidence-based strategies to help you and others work smarter in the garden, not harder.
Cost: Free for Members; $15 for Non-Members.
