What a fantastic week of learning and connection at the 2025 Volunteer Engagement & Guest Services Symposium from August 5-7, 2025!
Thank you to everyone who joined us to explore this year’s theme, “Grow Your People: The Heart & Start of the Garden.” We had a wonderful time sharing best practices and gaining inspiration for cultivating thriving volunteer and guest services programs. One of the attendees shared that “hands down this APGA volunteer/guest services symposium was the most beneficial to my career and just truly so enjoyable due to the line-up of the gardens, staff, and events we had to experience in this area and this time of year. I felt it was definitely a “once in a career” experience.”
